Our Background

Sabby Lobster Catering was founded by Sergio Fernandez, resident of Napa Valley and owner of Don Chalo Cellars.

With many years of experience working around great food and wine, he created his own catering company devoted to providing great service and excellent food.

We have one simple goal at Sabby Lobster Catering. That is for you and your guest to enjoy the celebration while we take care of the rest.
